Stauffer's years of experience as both a social worker and theatre artist have led her to create a unique synthesis of techniques for building the muscles of deep listening and communication. The result is a progression of theatre exercises and structured improvisations that provide an experiential learning process for participants. These are at the core of the Center for Listening and Presence's work.
A diverse team of facilitators with additional specialized offerings are available in conjunction with Listening and Presence techniques. CLP will assemble a team of facilitators and offerings that fit your needs. The work is flexible and can be used in an array of settings. It is applicable for social workers, medical professionals, psychologists, mediators, clergy, educators, teams, family members, and more. Offerings can be rolled out in the form of workshops, intensives, or over the course of several months.
